To schedule an appointment for your chosen treatment please contact the Mindful Massage Therapy at 0834769081 or book online on our website at www.mindfulmassagetherapy.ie Our staff will be happy to guide you in selecting the perfect treatment. Alternatively you can email info.mindfulmassagetherapy@gmail.com. To ensure your preferred treatment and time is available we recommend you book in advance. All treatments will need to be paid for upfront with a credit card or a gift voucher.

ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time so you can complete a consultation form and prepare for your treatment. Please note that times stated are for actual treatments. Regretfully, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, so other clients are not inconvenienced.

ATMOSPHERE OF PEACE

Mindful Massage Therapy is a sanctuary of peace and tranquillity. We will protect your right to serenity and privacy by ensuring that our premises are a mobile phone, smart phone and camera free zone.

You will be provided with clean towels and amenities for use during your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% charge will be incurred for treatments not cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when booking treatments as this could affect your chosen treatment. Our therapists will be able to guide you to the most suitable treatments. If you are taking medication, have a medical condition or any injuries that were not discussed at the time of booking, this could possibly lead to the treatment being changed or cancelled.

PREGNANCY

We do not currently offer treatments that have been specially designed for expectant women and nursing mothers.

GIFT VOUCHERS

A gift voucher for a one hour massage at Mindful Massage Therapy is always the perfect gift for someone special. You can purchase a voucher from ourreception, online or over the phone. If you are a voucher holder please call for your booking present it on arrival.

VALUABLES

Mindful Massage Therapy accepts no responsibility for loss/damage of valuables at any time on the premises.

CHILDREN POLICY

We regrettably cannot accommodate babies or children within our premises including the waiting area. Persons under 18 are not permitted in our locations.
